Send VIP invitations in English
As an exhibitor, you can send VIP badges to your best contacts and invite them to visit your stand at Natexpo 2022.
These give free access to the show during opening hours but also entry to the VIP lounge where they will be able to benefit from a personal welcome and refreshments. The number of VIPs is limited to 20 guests per exhibitor (10 in French + 10 in English).
- Upload your contact list with the help of your template, and we will send your invitations for you.
- Click on "Complete your information". We'll ask you to add your logo and choose your reminder preferences. Here's what your contacts will receive.
- Then, click on "Add guests". Download our excel template and enter your contact list to make sure the upload is done properly.
- In the "local" column, specify the language spoken by your contacts under the following template: "fr" for French speakers, "en" for English speakers.
The contact information you provide on the platform will remain strictly confidential. The Natexpo team does not have access to it and will not be able to use it for any subsequent communication.
For your staff members, please order exhibitor badges.
Invitation emails will automatically be send every Thursday at 11 am, and everyday at 11 am from September 8th.
